The name ‘Yeuk’ holds a special meaning; it’s a blend of my childhood nickname ‘Jeuke’ and the Dutch word ‘jeuk,’ which means an ‘itch’ or the need to take action. Just as an itch prompts us to move and make a change, I saw countless opportunities within organizations for growth and transformation. With over 15 years of senior HR experience, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and an innovative perspective on business growth.

I have dedicated my career to optimizing organizations. I am firmly convinced that the growth and transformation of a company are directly linked to the human potential within that organization. With over 15 years of experience in HR, including more than 8 years in senior HR positions and 5 years of experience in private equity, including board participation, I have learned how essential it is to align talent with strategy and build the right HR infrastructure.

My vision for Yeuk is simple: to empower businesses to navigate the challenges of growth, unlock their potential, and build high-performing teams. I’ve worked with both corporate giants and smaller, high-growth businesses, which gives me a unique ability to adapt to the changing landscape of business and offer tailored solutions.

In 2022, I made a bold decision to chart my own path. Prior to that, I led a project within a small international growth company, establishing a complete HR organization from the ground up.
